Your Opportunity:As a member of the Medicine Program team, you will have an opportunity to participate in providing support and care to a diverse group of patients and families. This role is an integral part of our care team providing support, mentorship and education to patients, families and colleagues for complex General Medicine patients. Please note: Number of hours per shift and shifts per cycle is for information purposes only.Description: Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team, collaborating on the delivery of holistic, comprehensive care and support to patients/residents and families. The LPN must be able to team lead effectively on their own. The LPN works to the full scope of practice in providing safe, quality care in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the AUPE Auxiliary Nursing Collective Agreement.
