Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and effective support
  • Utilize a provided document with answers to commonly asked questions to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve more complex customer issues
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload
  • Adhere to provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, as required

Essential Qualifications

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • 10+ hours availability per week
