About the Role

As a Customer Relations Representative at blithequark's BEC, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, dealerships, and field offices, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive impact on customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Directly interface with customers via phone, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Analyze customer concerns and handle them accordingly, taking ownership of incoming communications and resolving issues efficiently
  • Combine active listening with proactive decision-making skills to benefit customers and drive business success
  • Multitask daily, utilizing multiple software applications while talking and typing, and actively listening to customers
  • Research unique customer requests using online resources and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Support in-vehicle technology and apps, assisting customers with setup, troubleshooting, and other related issues
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence to effectively support a low-effort customer experience
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, as these are essential for success in this role

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or phone environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Automotive experience (e.g., dealership, technician, or working for another automotive company)
  • Experience working with technology (e.g., Bluetooth pairing, navigation, smartphone)
  • Familiarity with social media

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive starting salary of $54,500, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that's effective from day one. You'll also enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with the opportunity to work from home and in the office, following an initial 12-week training period.
