Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth by leveraging your technical skills and expertise to design, develop, and implement data entry solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home and a competitive hourly rate of $35.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring that data entry solutions meet business requirements and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement data entry solutions that leverage Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods and data analytics to inform business decisions and drive business growth.
• Design and build robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring that data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
• Develop and implement data analytics solutions that leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to drive efficiency in computing programs and improve data quality.
• Develop and implement automation tools to improve business processes and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-stop technique.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including small increments of product delivery at regular intervals to business groups.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including dating managers and product owners.
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools, including Hive, HDFS, MapReduce, and Spark.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
