About the Role

You'll also collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

- Input and update customer information and account details with precision
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently

Desired Candidate Profile:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus
