Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Pet Pharmacy Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with Customers: Directly interact with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and resolve issues.
  • Problem-Solving and Research: Research and analyze customer concerns to determine the best solutions, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Background Check and KY Rx Tech License: Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a KY Rx Tech license.

  • Experience in a Pet-Related Industry: Previous experience working in a pet-related industry, such as pet grooming, pet sitting, or veterinary care.
  • Certifications or Training: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, pharmacy operations, or a related field.
