Technical Consultant – UKG Workforce Management (WFM)

This is a remote position.

• Between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Chicago, IL, USA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting UKG WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Management) implementations and ensuring the long-term success of our clients. You will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and project managers to integrate systems, ensure data accuracy, and optimize workforce management workflows.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business requirements and tailor UKG WFM solutions accordingly.

• Analyze existing client systems and data workflows to identify areas for improvement and integration opportunities.

• Configure and customize UKG WFM systems based on client needs.

• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data integrity.

• Provide training and support to clients for effective use of UKG WFM tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working with UKG support when needed.

• Document technical processes, system configurations, and best practices for internal and client reference.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM solutions.

• Proven background in system configuration, integration, and data management.

• Strong grasp of workforce management concepts and industry best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.

• Experience with UKG Pro or other HCM platforms.

• Proficiency in SQL or other scripting/reporting tools.

• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

• Strong documentation and client communication skills.
