Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to acquire new business in the recruitment sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure alignment in client expectations and service delivery.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and grow the business network.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships.
  • Aptitude for building relationships and understanding client needs.
