Dynamics 365 Support Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on providing L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365, ensuring user satisfaction and smooth system operation. This position is 100% remote within the USA.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in application support.

• Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Main Activities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365 users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary.

• Document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

• Support users with system navigation, training, and problem resolution.

• Collaborate with technical teams for complex issues.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
