ABOUT THIS ROLE

Xsolla is seeking a Financial Specialist to manage and optimize payment operations across our global ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial transactions, from initiating payments to reconciling with service providers and clients. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues and support smooth financial workflows.

This role is a great fit for someone with strong financial acumen, experience in banking or financial services, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. By joining our finance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of Xsolla’s financial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, process, and execute payments within the bank’s system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment operations in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Manage exchange control and monitor compliance with payment deadlines and contract terms.
  • Conduct reconciliations with service providers and clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on completed payments and reconciliations.
  • Maintain documentation related to all payment transactions.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Banking.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bank or financial sector.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Experience with payment systems and transaction processing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
