Key Responsibilities

As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing existing customer accounts to ensure we're meeting their needs and maintaining accurate account information
  • Maintaining acceptable production levels as set by management
  • Providing details on discount services to help retain and save customers
  • Conducting standard verification and authentication for customer account integrity
  • Providing high-level customer service and empathy
  • Asking probing questions to discover customer wants, interests, and needs
  • Validating policy and customer information
  • Checking the status of claims
  • Delivering bad news and de-escalating critical situations
  • Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
  • Participating in ongoing training and self-development
  • Maintaining advanced knowledge of procedures, product information, and online resource tools
  • Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhering to all company time and attendance policies
  • Participating in activities designed to improve business performance
  • Ensuring all quality targets are met and maintained

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
  • A strong heart and mind for servicing others
  • Comfort with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently serve customers
  • The ability to articulate in a business acumen manner
  • The ability to break down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for customers
  • Flexibility with the hours of operation
  • Openness to feedback from leadership
  • Proactivity in self-upskilling and knowledge training
  • The ability to cross-reference job aids while assisting customers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with multiple systems and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
