Salesforce Capability Lead - Kforce Technology Staffing

Responsibilities: * Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with company objectives * Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs * Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, providing guidance and support * System Management: Ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce platforms, conducting regular audits and preparing for upgrades * Best Practices and Governance: Develop and enforce Salesforce best practices and governance policies, ensuring data security and compliance * Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users, staying updated with Salesforce releases and new features * Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented capabilities, troubleshooting issues and enhancing system performance

REQUIREMENTS: * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL, and experience with data migration and integration * Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical solutions with business strategies, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
