Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Disney vacation planning, including park tickets, resort bookings, and cruise packages
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their vacation preferences and create personalized itineraries
• Book and manage client travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and during their vacation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney news, promotions, and offerings to provide clients with the best possible options
• Utilize social media channels to promote our services and engage with clients and potential clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Essential Qualifications

• Disney knowledge and experience, including first-hand experience of Disney Parks, Resorts, and/or Cruise
• Self-motivated and organized with excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a commission-based field
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Associate's degree or equivalent required
• English language proficiency required
