• Strategic Content Planning: You will dedicate a focused 1-2 hour "Power Hour" each week to batch-create your social media content, ensuring a high-quality, consistent message.
• Authentic Community Building: Daily engagement is a core responsibility. You will spend time connecting with your target audience by responding to messages, thoughtfully engaging with their content, and expanding your professional network.
• Consistent Business Development: You will be responsible for focused, daily business development activities, including outreach and client consultations. The emphasis is on quality conversations and building meaningful relationships.
• Integrated Personal Growth: We believe in living our brand. As part of your daily routine, you will participate in our proprietary training and a personal development practice, including activities like journaling, visualization, and gratitude.
