Key Responsibilities
- Manage online platforms such as Amazon and eBay to achieve sales targets
- Create, maintain and optimise product listings and digital content
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and revenue
- Monitor website and platform performance and analyse customer data
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive site traffic and conversions
- Set and manage pricing structures across platforms
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis
- Stay updated on E-Commerce trends and best practices
- Handle customer service enquiries through online platforms
Essential Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of SEO and content management
- Proven experience in E-Commerce and online platform optimisation
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in customer service
